Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure)\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u8a72\u689d\u7d04\u670979\u500b\u7de0\u7d04\u570b\u5305\u542b44\u500b\u570b\u969b\u5bc4\u5b58\u6a5f\u69cb (International Depositary Authority, IDA)\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u53ea\u8981\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500bIDA\u4f5c\u5bc4\u5b58\u5373\u53ef\u88ab\u5404\u7de0\u7d04\u570b\u627f\u8a8d\u5bc4\u5b58\u6548\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u5c08\u5229\u6cd5\u4e5f\u898f\u5b9a\u6709\u95dc\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u6216\u5229\u7528\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u4e4b\u767c\u660e\u9700\u5bc4\u5b58\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5982\u8a72\u767c\u660e\u70ba\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u6700\u9072\u61c9\u65bc\u7533\u8acb\u65e5\u5c07\u8a72\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u5bc4\u5b58\u65bc\u570b\u5167\u5bc4\u5b58\u6a5f\u69cb ; \u5373\u4f7f\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5728\u7533\u8acb\u53f0\u7063\u5c08\u5229\u4e4b\u524d\u5df2\u5c07\u8a72\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u5bc4\u5b58\u65bc\u570b\u5916\u5bc4\u5b58\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u65bc\u53f0\u7063\u975e\u5c6c\u300a\u5e03\u9054\u4f69\u65af\u689d\u7d04\u300b\u7de0\u7d04\u570b\uff0c\u800c\u7121\u6cd5\u8acb\u6c42\u5206\u8b93\u5bc4\u5b58\u5728\u570b\u969b\u5bc4\u5b58\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u4ecd\u9700\u65bc\u7533\u8acb\u53f0\u7063\u5c08\u5229\u5f8c\u56db\u500b\u6708\u5167(\u6216\u6700\u65e9\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u65e5\u5f8c\u5341\u516d\u500b\u6708\u5167)\u5bc4\u5b58\u65bc\u570b\u5167\u5bc4\u5b58\u6a5f\u69cb\u3002\u4f9d\u53f0\u7063\u73fe\u884c\u5c08\u5229\u6cd5\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u5bc4\u5b58\u5728\u8207\u53f0\u7063\u6709\u76f8\u4e92\u627f\u8a8d\u5bc4\u5b58\u6548\u529b\u4e4b\u5916\u570b\u6240\u6307\u5b9a\u5176\u570b\u5167\u4e4b\u5bc4\u5b58\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u624d\u53ef\u4e0d\u53d7\u61c9\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u5bc4\u5b58\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u4e4b\u9650\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u4f86\u53f0\u7063\u7533\u8acb\u5c08\u5229\u4e4b\u5916\u570b\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u7686\u9700\u9032\u884c\u91cd\u8907\u5bc4\u5b58\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u800c\u7576\u4e2d\u65e5\u672c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u4f54\u591a\u6578\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u53f0\u7063\u548c\u65e5\u672c\u7d93\u8cbf\u4f86\u5f80\u5bc6\u5207\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u5df2\u65bc2014\u5e7411\u670820\u65e5\u7c3d\u7f72\u5408\u4f5c\u5099\u5fd8\u9304\u76f8\u4e92\u627f\u8a8d\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u5bc4\u5b58\u3002\u667a\u6167\u8ca1\u7522\u5c40\u8fd1\u65e5\u5df2\u516c\u4f48\u8207\u65e5\u672c\u7279\u8a31\u5ef3\u76f8\u4e92\u5408\u4f5c\u4e4b\u4f5c\u696d\u8981\u9ede\u5c07\u65bc2015\u5e746\u670818\u65e5\u8d77\u5be6\u65bd\u3002\u4eca\u5f8c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u6216\u65e5\u672c\u7533\u8acb\u5c08\u5229\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u65b9\u5bc4\u5b58\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u5373\u53ef\u4e92\u76f8\u627f\u8a8d\u3002\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u4e4b\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u5bc4\u5b58\u6a5f\u69cb\u70ba\u300c\u8ca1\u5718\u6cd5\u4eba\u98df\u54c1\u5de5\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u7814\u7a76\u6240 (FIRDI)\u300d\uff0c\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u4e4b\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u5bc4\u5b58\u6a5f\u69cb\u5247\u70ba\u300c\u7368\u7acb\u884c\u653f\u6cd5\u4eba\u88fd\u54c1\u8a55\u50f9\u6280\u8853\u57fa\u76e4\u6a5f\u69cb\u7279\u8a31\u751f\u7269\u5bc4\u5b58\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08NITE-IPOD\uff09\u300d\u548c\u300c\u7368\u7acb\u884c\u653f\u6cd5\u4eba\u88fd\u54c1\u8a55\u50f9\u6280\u8853\u57fa\u76e4\u6a5f\u69cb\u7279\u8a31\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u5bc4\u8a17\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08NPMD\uff09\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u8a72\u4f5c\u696d\u8981\u9ede\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u4e4b\u5bc4\u5b58\u4fc2\u4f9d\u5bc4\u5b58\u5730\u4e4b\u898f\u5b9a\u8fa6\u7406\uff0c\u60df\u6709\u95dc\u5f97\u7533\u8acb\u5206\u8b93\u4e4b\u4eba\u53ca\u5f97\u7533\u8acb\u5206\u8b93\u4e4b\u4e8b\u7531\uff0c\u56e0\u6d89\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u5c08\u5229\u7533\u8acb\u6848\u4e4b\u5be9\u67e5\u6642\u7a0b\u53ca\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u800c\u61c9\u4f9d\u5c08\u5229\u7533\u8acb\u6848\u6240\u5728\u5730\u4e4b\u898f\u5b9a\u8fa6\u7406\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u96d9\u65b9\u4e4b\u5bc4\u5b58\u6a5f\u69cb\u5982\u55aa\u5931\u6307\u5b9a\u5bc4\u5b58\u6a5f\u69cb\u8cc7\u683c\u6216\u7121\u6cd5\u57f7\u884c\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u4e4b\u5bc4\u5b58(\u6216\u5206\u8b93)\u6642\uff0c
